I had a pleasant stay at Hotel De L'Opera Hanoi. The location was excellent, very close to the Opera House and other attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive. although I did encounter a couple of minor issues with the room's smell and some maintenance aspects. Overall, I would definitely consider returning for another visit.

The room was spacious and had a lovely roll-top bath. However, there was a strange odor in the bathroom, likely related to an uncovered drain. Nonetheless, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness.

The pool area was quite small, and the water was freezing, but I was able to find a lounger easily. The hotel had a beautiful bar and offered various services like room service and laundry.

I had a great stay at the Hanoi De L'Opera Hotel in the Opera Suite, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff provided great service, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. However, the placement of the TV in the suite was a bit inconvenient, as it could only be viewed from the bed. Overall, I would definitely return for the really good hospitality and comfortable atmosphere.

Rooms

The Opera Suite was decorated in charming French-inspired style with wooden flooring, and the king bed was super comfy, ensuring great sleep quality. The setup was a bit odd since the TV was fixed and only viewable from the bed, which made relaxing in the lounge area a bit tricky.

During my stay at Hotel De L'Opera, I appreciated the stylish and comfortable atmosphere. the central location near Hoan Kiem Lake was convenient, even though it could be a bit noisy at times. The staff members were attentive and provided great service, though some seemed undertrained. I had mixed feelings about the dining options, especially since the food quality fell short of expectations.

Rooms

My room was well-appointed and comfortable, though it had some dark areas that required better lighting. The decor was stylish, but the hallways felt in need of maintenance.
Service

The staff was generally friendly and attentive, especially during check-in. They were great in helping with my requests, but some lacked experience.
Location

The hotel's location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed being just a short walk from the Old Quarter. However, there were times when the street noise was noticeable.
Dining

While the breakfast and restaurant service were decent, I found the food quality to be lacking. The selection was limited and did not meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.
Facilities

The hotel offered useful amenities like room service and a small pool for cooling off, but the pool could have been more inviting. I didn't use many of the facilities, but they seemed adequate.

The service was really good, with friendly and accommodating staff. However, I did notice that the rooms could feel a bit dark and the price for services like laundry seemed high compared to local standards.
